Our XL-44 Kongsberg Digital Prototype machine helps you to realize your packaging concepts quickly and efficiently. Prototypes, samples, small-run, and foam cutting are all available.

Design - Our CAD/CAM prototyping center features the Kongsberg XL series sample maker. Excellent for short-run production and the ability to cut foam, honeycomb, and other thicker interior packaging materials.

Supply - Our corrugator, Five Star Sheets, is among the top two largest sheet feeders in the USA. World-Class facilities, BHS & Isowa corrugators, powered by one of the best organizations of it’s kind, assures you that you’re getting elite status service and supply.
